PAHSODDSMAKER ("we," "us") runs pahsoddsmaker.com, a free-to-play site for picks and information on Pennsylvania high school and college sports. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain.

What this is

This is a free, for-entertainment picks game. There is no wagering, no purchase necessary, and no real-money betting of any kind. Picks are for bragging rights. Nothing here is betting advice, and lines are one person's opinion, not a sportsbook offer. We are not affiliated with the PIAA, the WPIAL, any school or team, or any sportsbook.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep your login details accurate and your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can sign up with an email and password, or through a third-party login (such as X, Google, Facebook, or Apple). If you use a third-party login, you also agree to that provider's terms.

Fair play

Don't cheat. Multiple accounts, automated or scripted picking, scraping, tampering, or interfering with the site or other players may get your accounts disqualified and removed. The oddsmaker's ruling on contests is final.

The weekly prize

The free weekly gift-card contest is a promotional skill contest, not gambling, and is governed by its official rules. No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win.

Content & trademarks

School names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only. The site's own text, design, and ratings are ours; please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.

As-is, no warranty

We provide the site "as is." Scores, records, ratings, and lines can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete, and the site may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, and there's no money at stake here regardless.
